Absolutely awesome experience. Every villa has its own pool with hot springs water. Big terrace, kitchen - you will have everything for short or long stying here. There is no noise, only sounds of nature.

Check in- unprofessional, incompetent staff . Rooms - see the photos. Pool - not clean , didn’t try even. Shower - warm water , not hot at all Barbecue place - never cleaned No service to the villa , even you buy from them coffee 😂, thanks they brought iron table by themselves. View - nothing, road and some other hotels. WiFi - if you don’t have a Turkish ID , you don’t have connection. Overpriced!!!! The hotel is overrated, need serious repairs and improve service. Never come back here!

Last year, we were traveling to Pammukale from Bursa and we stumbled into this small town called Katuyah. Google took us to the closest hotel we could find and omg this was the best hidden secret I've had ever found!! This hotel offered us a private villa and our own private hot springs and Turkish bath!!!! It was absolutely a surprise and so great to be soaking in a deep hot thermal pool after a day of travel. The service was very warm and welcoming even though most staffs don't speak any English. Would be useful to have an iPad to google translate so staffs can communicate with other tourists. Other than that, we had the best and the most relaxing time at this resort! I also really liked their pricing. It was so reasonable and I feel they could be asking for more as the villas are so beautiful 😍. They also had ice and other types of groceries if you need. They think of everything. Thank you for our great stay!

The place we stayed upon recommendation. In general, we were satisfied, the employees are friendly and caring. They are really good about hygiene, we did not experience any negativities. The shortcomings that stand out to me are: Clothes dryer was in bad condition Apart from that, it was a bit difficult because there was a problem with the mechanism of the sliding door leading from the house to the garden. Would I go again? Definitely yes..
